Steps of Application


New Application

  1. Submit an application through this system.
  2. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center sends an e-mail to an applicant (i.e., Faculty and staff member).
  3. Click an URL written in the e-mail.
  4. The applicant confirms contents of the application and accepts it.
  5. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center evaluates the application and accepts it.
  6. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center sets system along with your application.
  7. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center sends a notification e-mail to the applicant.

Extend/Modify/Delete Application

  1. Login to this system.
  2. Select an application to extend, modify or delete.
  3. Submit an application through this system.
  4. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center sends an e-mail to an applicant (i.e., Faculty and staff member).
  5. Click an URL written in the e-mail.
  6. The applicant confirms contents of the application and accepts it.
  7. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center evaluates the application and accepts it.
  8. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center sets system along with your application.
  9. Shonan Fujisawa Information Technology Center sends a notification e-mail to the applicant.
